In this recital in Stadthagen, Germany on 11.1.2014, I performed Frederic Rzewski's Rubinstein in Berlin, a work for speaking pianist, where one must recite an exerpt from Arthur Rubinstein's autobiography My Young Years.. It was a challenging period in Rubinstein's life; after literally hitting rock bottom he suddenly had an enlightening experience....

I'm happy to announce piano rhapsody!
a collection of solo pieces including two of my own compositions paganini variations (composed while on serious amounts of coffee!) and ash fantasie, my personal homage to J. S. Bach and my former teacher Karl-Heinz Kämmerling who past away in June 2012, shortly after the album's release.
